Description

Ingredients
- Chopped onion
- Chopped carrot
- Chopped capsicum
- Ginger garlic paste
- Red chilli powder
- Turmeric powder
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
- Salt
- Chopped coriander
- Boiled potatoes
- Grated paneer
- Bread slices
- Bread crumbs
- Maida (flour) + water + salt (for slurry)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix the chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, and all the spices until well combined.
- Add the boiled potatoes and grated paneer to the mixture and blend everything well together.
- Take a slice of bread, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
- Roll the bread around the filling to form a lollipop shape.
- Prepare a slurry with maida, water, and a pinch of salt to help the breadcrumbs stick.
- Dip the lollipops into the slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the lollipops until they’re golden brown.
- Serve hot with your choice of chutney or sauce.
Notes
For a lighter version, bake these popsicles instead of frying—just brush them lightly with oil and bake at 375°F until golden.
