Description

This delightful sugar-coated fruit combines fresh, sweet flavors to create a perfect summer treat for gatherings or quick snacks.

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, grapes, apple slices, or any other fruit)
  • Granulated sugar
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the fruit and pat dry.
  2. In a saucepan, mix sugar and water, heating until the sugar dissolves to create a syrup.
  3. Insert skewers into the fruit.
  4. Dip the skewered fruit into the syrup, ensuring they’re coated evenly.
  5. Allow to cool on a parchment-lined tray until the coating hardens.

Notes

Make sure your fruits aren’t too wet before dipping, as this can affect the syrup coating. Experiment with different syrup intensities by adjusting the sugar to water ratio.
