Description

Delightful fluffy rolls filled with crumbled sausage and topped with green onions, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the melted butter and milk; stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage, cheese, green onions, and black pepper.
  5. Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Cut into squares or rectangles and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
