Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 g red lentils
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 35 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) with the convection setting.
  2. Pulse the red lentils in a blender or spice grinder until they turn into a fine flour.
  3. Combine the lentil flour with the baking powder, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour in the olive oil and about 100 ml of water, mixing until you have a thick dough.
  5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place your dough on top. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin until thin.
  6. Remove the top parchment layer and cut the dough into desired shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
  8. Allow the crackers to cool completely on the tray.
