Ingredients

- 200 g red lentils
- ¾ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 35 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) with the convection setting.
- Pulse the red lentils in a blender or spice grinder until they turn into a fine flour.
- Combine the lentil flour with the baking powder, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the olive oil and about 100 ml of water, mixing until you have a thick dough.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place your dough on top. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin until thin.
- Remove the top parchment layer and cut the dough into desired shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
- Allow the crackers to cool completely on the tray.
Notes
Feel free to substitute spices and seeds based on your preference. Experiment with different flavors for a unique twist!
