Description

A delightful layered dessert featuring flaky puff pastry, whipped cream, and fresh raspberries, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Milk or water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
  3. Place the pastry on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake until golden and puffed, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. While the pastry cools, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Once the pastry is cool, slice it in half horizontally.
  6. Fill the bottom half with whipped cream, layer with fresh raspberries, and replace the top.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

Notes

For best results, prepare the pastry ahead and assemble just before serving to maintain texture.
