- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
- Peel the bananas and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Place the banana slices in a bowl and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 120-180 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are dried and crispy.
- Allow to cool before enjoying.
Notes
Uniform slices will ensure even drying. For added flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon before baking.
