Description

Easy and delicious homemade banana chips, perfect for snacking or adding to lunches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Peel the bananas and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Place the banana slices in a bowl and toss them with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 120-180 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are dried and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool before enjoying.

Notes

Uniform slices will ensure even drying. For added flavor, sprinkle with cinnamon before baking.
