Ingredients

- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons sugar (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for coating)
Instructions
- Combine water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add the flour all at once and stir until a ball forms.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into small bite-sized balls.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the balls in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Roll the churro bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture immediately after pulling them from the air fryer.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
