Description

Crispy and cheesy Garlic Parmesan Broccoli Bites that make vegetables irresistible, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil and minced garlic until evenly coated.
  3. In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat the broccoli florets in the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
