Description

Delicious frozen snacks made with creamy Greek yogurt and rich peanut butter, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings in a healthy way.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy removal later.
  3. Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
  4. Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate on top for a lovely finish if desired.
  5. Freeze for 120-180 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
