- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
- Optional: chocolate chips or melted dark chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy removal later.
- Scoop small portions of the mixture onto the tray.
- Add chocolate chips or drizzle melted chocolate on top for a lovely finish if desired.
- Freeze for 120-180 minutes until they are firm to the touch.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment.
