Description
Delightful fluffy churro bites made in an air fryer, coated in cinnamon sugar for a perfect treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for coating)
- Oil spray
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour, baking powder, and vanilla until a smooth dough forms.
- Allow the dough to cool slightly, then transfer it to a piping bag.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Pipe small bites of dough into the air fryer basket.
- Spray with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Carefully toss the cooked churro bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure the dough is cooled slightly before piping to retain shape. Use a zip-top bag if you don’t have a piping bag.
