A delightful trio of chicken nuggets, mac and cheese bites, and mini pizzas that are perfect for family meals and picky eaters.

- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 4 mini naan breads or English muffins
- ½ cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, diced bell pepper, mushrooms)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3–5 minutes.
- To make the Chicken Nuggets: Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb-parmesan-spice mix. Spray with olive oil and air fry at 380°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For the Mac and Cheese Bites: Mix the warm macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, and flour; cool slightly, then stir in the egg. Shape into balls or press into silicone muffin molds, coat with breadcrumbs, and air fry at 370°F for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
- For the Mini Pizzas: Top naan or English muffins with marinara, mozzarella, and toppings. Air fry at 350°F for 5–6 minutes until melted and bubbly.
