Quick and delicious wraps filled with seasoned chicken and gooey mozzarella, cooked to crispy perfection in an air fryer.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, or your favorite seasonings
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, or other desired toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken with mozzarella cheese.
- Season the mixture with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
- Lay out the tortillas or wraps and place an equal amount of the chicken and cheese mixture onto each one.
- Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with additional toppings if desired.
Notes
For the ultimate crispy texture, don’t overload your wraps. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake these wraps at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
