Description

Crunchy and flavorful banana chips coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar mix, perfect for snacking or dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray or line it with perforated parchment.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the coconut sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. Toss the banana slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture until lightly coated.
  5. Lay the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Air fry for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Let the chips cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes to crisp up further.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Reheat in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for a few minutes to regain crunch.
