Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler. Stir until smooth and nicely combined.
  2. Lay the fresh blueberries on a sheet of baking paper.
  3. Cover each blueberry with the melted chocolate using a fork or spoon.
  4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens, then enjoy your treats!

Notes

For a salty-sweet combo, sprinkle some sea salt on top before the chocolate hardens. If time is short, melt the chocolate in short bursts in the microwave and stir well.
