- 1 can chili beans (15 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 2 cups macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked, draining any excess fat.
- Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, and macaroni to the pot, stirring well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until the macaroni is cooked to your liking.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a twist, substitute turkey for ground beef or use gluten-free pasta. Top with sour cream and green onions for added freshness.
