Ingredients

  • 1 can chili beans (15 oz)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until fully cooked, draining any excess fat.
  2. Add the chili beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, and macaroni to the pot, stirring well.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes or until the macaroni is cooked to your liking.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
