Description

Quick and crispy air fryer veggie chips that are a healthy snack option, easily customizable with your favorite vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., kale, sweet potatoes, zucchini, carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and slice the vegetables into thin, even pieces.
  3. In a bowl, toss the vegetable slices with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
  4. Arrange the vegetable slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
