Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice the vegetables into thin, even pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetable slices with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
- Arrange the vegetable slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crunchiness.
