- 1 package of pizza roll dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Roll out the pizza roll dough and cut it into small squares.
- Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni on each square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges tightly.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Seal the edges well to prevent the pizza rolls from coming apart while cooking. Leave space between rolls in the air fryer for best results.
