Description

Juicy chicken tenders coated in a luscious honey butter garlic sauce and crispy breadcrumbs, ready in no time with the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside half for drizzling later.
  2. Dip each chicken tender in the honey garlic mixture and roll it in the breadcrumbs until thoroughly coated.
  3. Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, place the tenders in a single layer, and air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and cooked through.
  5. Drizzle the reserved sauce over the tenders and serve immediately.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, substitute traditional breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs. Feel free to experiment with different breadcrumbs for varied textures.
