Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape while cooking.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
