Description

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.
  3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape while cooking.
  4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure to pierce each potato several times to prevent them from bursting during cooking. Keep an eye on them for perfect crispy skin.
