Description

A delightful side dish featuring crispy, cheesy garlic Parmesan potatoes made easily in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl, ensuring they’re evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix until well covered.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  7. Once cooked, remove the potatoes and transfer them to a serving dish.
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, soak the quartered potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning. You can also experiment with different cheeses like pecorino or cheddar.
