Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, divided

Instructions

  1. Mix together the almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Stir in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips until well combined.
  3. Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper, then pour the cookie dough mixture on top. Spread and flatten it into a large sheet.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie dough bark, spreading it into an even layer.
  5. Place the bark in the freezer for at least 60 minutes to set.
  6. Once ready, cut or break into pieces and enjoy. Leftovers can be stored in the freezer.

Notes

For best texture, let the bark thaw a few minutes before eating. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
