- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips, divided
Instructions
- Mix together the almond flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips until well combined.
- Line a small baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper, then pour the cookie dough mixture on top. Spread and flatten it into a large sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the remaining 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. Pour the melted chocolate over the cookie dough bark, spreading it into an even layer.
- Place the bark in the freezer for at least 60 minutes to set.
- Once ready, cut or break into pieces and enjoy. Leftovers can be stored in the freezer.
Notes
For best texture, let the bark thaw a few minutes before eating. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
