Description

These refreshing 3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Popsicles are the perfect way to beat the heat while satisfying sweet cravings with their creamy texture and fruity flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup/agave syrup for a vegan option)
  • 12 cups fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, mango, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt and honey until well blended.
  2. Chop your choice of fruit into small pieces.
  3. Fold the fruit into the yogurt mixture gently to maintain some chunky goodness.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  5. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  6. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the popsicles.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess, or add a splash of milk to achieve desired consistency. Feel free to experiment with different fruits based on what’s in season.
