- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl until fully combined.
- Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze, reserving the rest for later.
- Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush on the remaining glaze.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
