Description

Tender salmon fillets coated in a sweet and savory glaze, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika in a small bowl until fully combined.
  3. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush with half of the glaze, reserving the rest for later.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush on the remaining glaze.
  5. Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Consider pairing with sides like roasted asparagus or fluffy rice to complement the dish.
