A delightful dish with fresh salmon fillets marinated in lemon, honey, and dill, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 4 fresh salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, and dill. Pour half of this marinade over the salmon fillets and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Cook the salmon on the grill or in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Brush the remaining marinade onto the fillets during the last few minutes of cooking. Serve warm and enjoy!

Pairs well with creamy coleslaw, garlic mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
