Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot.
- Toss in your dumplings and cook according to package instructions.
- Add in the mixed greens and cook until just wilted.
- Stir in soy sauce to taste, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame oil if desired.
