Description

A delicious and easy Oven Baked Salmon recipe, flavored with garlic and brown sugar for a perfect balance of sweetness and savory richness.


Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Spices (paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic.
  3. Brush the garlic butter over the salmon fillets.
  4. In another bowl, combine brown sugar with your choice of spices.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mix over the salmon fillets.
  6. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
