- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in minced garlic.
- Brush the garlic butter over the salmon fillets.
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar with your choice of spices.
- Sprinkle the spice mix over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
