Description

Delicious bite-sized salmon morsels coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic glaze, perfect for weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon bites, ensuring they are well-coated.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Make sure to pat the salmon dry before seasoning for a nice crust. Let it marinate in the honey garlic mixture for extra flavor. Serve warm over rice or cold on a salad.
