- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)

- 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice

- 2 Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon bites, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
