Description

Tender, juicy steak bites coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for any weeknight dinner or gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or your choice), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  6. Once the steak bites are cooked, toss them in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a different twist, you could use chicken or shrimp instead of steak. Serve with sauces like chimichurri or horseradish for added flavor.
