Ingredients
- Chicken pieces (drumsticks or thighs)
- Honey
- BBQ sauce
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Potatoes
- Garlic (minced)
- Cream
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce. Dip each chicken piece into the sauce mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
- Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil until tender, then drain. In a pan, combine cream, minced garlic, and parmesan. Stir in the potatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Serve the chicken with creamy garlic parmesan potatoes, garnished with parsley.
