- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 potatoes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Avocado oil
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into fry shapes and soak them in ice water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- In a bowl, combine the Parmesan, cornstarch, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, and oregano.
- Toss the dried fries in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil and arrange the fries inside in a single layer.
- Spray the fries with more avocado oil on top.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

For variety, swap Parmesan for another hard cheese or try different spices based on your preferences.
