Description

Golden, crunchy fries elevated with rich Parmesan and spices, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Avocado oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into fry shapes and soak them in ice water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. In a bowl, combine the Parmesan, cornstarch, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, and oregano.
  4. Toss the dried fries in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil and arrange the fries inside in a single layer.
  7. Spray the fries with more avocado oil on top.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For variety, swap Parmesan for another hard cheese or try different spices based on your preferences.
