Description

Crispy Air Fryer Gnocchi combines the comforting taste of traditional gnocchi with the convenience of your air fryer, making it a perfect dish for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
  • 12 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 23 tbsp freshly grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the gnocchi with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated basket, ensuring they aren’t overlapping for even cooking.
  4. For shelf-stable and refrigerated gnocchi, air fry for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. If using frozen gnocchi, air fry for 13 – 16 minutes, shaking every few minutes until crispy.
  6. Enjoy immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Notes

For best texture, spread the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer. Add a splash of lemon juice or zest before serving for a refreshing punch.
