- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are well-covered.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
