Description

Quick and scrumptious cinnamon-sugar banana chips made in the air fryer, perfect for a guilt-free snack anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into uniform thin rounds—about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the coconut sugar with the cinnamon. Set aside.
  4. Toss the banana slices with the cinnamon-sugar mixture until lightly coated.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  6. Air fry for 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Let the chips cool on a wire rack for 5–10 minutes to crisp up further.

Notes

Store leftover banana chips in an airtight container at room temperature for best freshness.
