- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush it with half of the glaze.
- Bake the salmon for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, remove it from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.
- Bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes before serving, then sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, swap soy sauce for tamari. For a vegan alternative, use agave nectar instead of honey.
