- 2 Zucchini
- Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- For zucchini fries, cut zucchini into thin strips, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- For Brussels sprouts, halve them and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
