Description

Deliciously crispy zucchini and Brussels sprouts made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect for a healthy side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Zucchini
  • Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. For zucchini fries, cut zucchini into thin strips, toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
  4. For Brussels sprouts, halve them and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Air fry for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
