Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Pour the slurry over the cooked chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve over rice or veggies.
