Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
