Description

Deliciously crispy sliced potatoes made in the air fryer, perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings with much less oil than traditional frying.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Place the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
