Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine orange juice, orange zest, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chicken is cooked through and golden.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer if time allows. Ensure there’s space between chicken pieces in the air fryer for even cooking.
