Ingredients

Scale
  • Dill pickles (or any type of pickles you prefer)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Flour

  1. Slice the pickles into thin slices or spears.
  2. Set up a breading station with bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
  3. Dip each pickle slice first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and place the breaded pickles in a single layer.
  6. Spray the tops of the pickles lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flair, try serving with spicy jalapeños or cayenne pepper. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
