Instructions
- Slice the pickles into thin slices or spears.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and place the breaded pickles in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the pickles lightly with cooking spray.
