Ingredients

- 4 medium Russet potatoes, washed
- 1 teaspoon avocado, olive, or grapeseed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Rub the washed potatoes with your chosen oil, then place them in the Air Fryer basket.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on all sides of the potatoes for flavor.
- Cook in the Air Fryer at 400°F (205°C) for 40 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness by piercing with a fork; they should be fork-tender.
- Remove from the air fryer, slice each potato lengthwise, leaving about 1/2 inch at each end.
- Squeeze the ends to open the potato, then sprinkle with salt and pepper, adding any desired toppings.
Notes
To store leftovers, cool, then place in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
