Description

Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are the perfect comfort food for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Russet potatoes, washed
  • 1 teaspoon avocado, olive, or grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Rub the washed potatoes with your chosen oil, then place them in the Air Fryer basket.
  2. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on all sides of the potatoes.
  3. Cook in the Air Fryer at 400°F (205°C) for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Check for doneness by piercing each potato with a fork; they should be fork-tender.
  5. Once done, remove from the air fryer, slice each potato lengthwise, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add toppings as desired.

Notes

Make sure to wash the potatoes thoroughly and don’t skip the oil and salt for the best flavor.
