Ingredients

- 4 medium Russet potatoes, washed
- 1 teaspoon avocado, olive, or grapeseed oil
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Rub the washed potatoes with your chosen oil, then place them in the Air Fryer basket.
- Sprinkle coarse sea salt on all sides of the potatoes.
- Cook in the Air Fryer at 400°F (205°C) for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness by piercing each potato with a fork; they should be fork-tender.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer, slice each potato lengthwise, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add toppings as desired.
Notes
Make sure to wash the potatoes thoroughly and don’t skip the oil and salt for the best flavor.
