Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry them.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and crispy.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool for a few minutes before serving with your choice of toppings.
